Priceless Cartoon from the Village Voice

In Case you hadnt seen this.

Democrats Still Waiting For Just the Right Moment to Have an Actual Idea

Man, I love people who only visit and cite substantially bias news sources (not held accountable in any way for the information they present and obviously designed merely to affirm views of the like-minded), and then criticize news presented publicly by sources from both sides, albeit dominantly liberal, that are viewed by many of diverse political background and open to discussion and scrutiny. I especially love it when the person in question uses such methods to support an elitist and bigoted ideology. At least the "liberal news media" is willing to present information to the nation, instead of claiming every news source that presents a different idea completely wrong. If you want people to actually listen to what you say, you're going to have to take more than a "nuh-uh" approach.

Oh, by the way, this has nothing to do with the cartoon. It, for the most part, is true. The Democratic Party is having a tough time doing anything.

Thank you for amusing me, friend.

You dancing around trying to call me something?

"elitist and bigoted ideology"

Go ahead and say it, you know you want to.

Affirm every stereotype there is about the Left.

In point of fact, I read the following newspapers every day; can you say you are as well informed?

NY Times
Sacto Bee
LA Times
Guardian (UK)
Telegraph (UK)
Globe and Mail (Canada)
Sydney Herald (Aussie)
WA Post
WA Times
and countless columnists.

If you disagree with my analysis, that’s your right. But the facts are the facts. I cull the knews and report on what I SEE, not what I would like to see.

I have been at this for a long time; don’t kill the messenger because he tells you what you don’t want to hear.

As far as who I write for, I write for myself and my own amusement.

I do strategic analysis as part of my job. I look ahead for trends and activities that portend a certain outcome. Go ahead, research as much as I do and come up with your own conclusions, but don’t come in here with a lot of trash talk and name calling.

Note that I made not a single personal observation about you yet your entire post consisted of nothing but your opinion of me, what a stunning display of logical argument THAT is.

I simply will not debate you and those like you, who’s only argument is essentially name calling.

Good day to you and good luck on the whole blog thing.

You're absolutely correct. I apologize...

...just kidding.

Well, my daily list is slightly different:

NY Times
LA Times
CS Monitor
BBC News
Congressional Quarterly
Guardian (UK)
The Times (UK)
WA Post
The Economist
Le Monde diplomatique (France)

And, while I don't know you personally, you must have one eye, for "what you see" is only half the picture. Furthermore, I do indeed find your posting of faux racist magazines and websites (e.g., Jihad Bride and Taliban Singles Online) elitist and bigoted.

You say I "Affirm every stereotype there is about the Left." I assume suggesting that liberals take part in excessive "name calling," but we do not have any Ann Coulters or Bill O'Reillys (note that I am undecided on how to properly pluralize O'Reilly), purposely inciting hate of liberals via lies. You might mention Michael Moore, but all you have to do is listen to a two-second soundbite of Michael Moore to know he's not credible.

The "compassionate" conservatives like to front that everyone is against them.--the War on Christmas, persecution of Christians, etc. I live in a Republican state and come from a family of Republicans, so I know that your average Republican is a decent, hardworking Christian. But the extreme Right is inciting hatred instead of tolerance, even among these decent people.

It angers me that someone who is supposedly so smart ("145 IQ"), is indeed elitist, racist, and bigoted.

At least you're sure of yourself.
